Leadership Development

At Loreto we pride ourselves on identifying and developing the leaders of the future.

We are currently offering the following Leadership development programmes for staff within and beyond our Alliance who are seeking to successfully further their career prospects and opportunities:

SSAT accredited - National Award for Middle Leaders programme

Middle leaders have an increasingly crucial role to play in translating school vision into practice and are often described as the ‘engine room’ of school improvement. Outstanding schools have high-quality middle leaders and seek to continuously develop and build these individuals into high-performing teams.

Accredited and endorsed by SSAT, the National Award for Middle Leaders (NAML) offers a range of modules which build the foundations of successful leadership.

Loreto is pleased to be an SSAT-approved and licensed school to deliver this new and exciting middle leadership programme.
