All Medicines must be handed in to the Front Office as they are responsible for storing them.
We require the following 2 forms to be completed.
* Record of Medicine Form (which details the medicine your daughter has been prescribed)
* Parental Agreement Form (to give permission for the School to administer the medicine)
Without the completion of these forms we are unable to administer medicines.
These forms are available at the Front Office or can be downloaded below.
Any medicines will be disposed of after their ‘best before date’.
Students with inhalers should keep their inhaler with them at all times.
Parents should be aware that the School is not responsible for any incidents involving medicine on the way to/from School.
