Entrance Examination for Entry into Year 7 in 2011 will be on Saturday, 25th September 2010.

Postcard notification of your daughter's Application Form will be posted on Friday 17th September. This postcard must be brought to the Entrance Examination by your daughter.
Please ensure that you have applied the correct postage to your letter*. Late Applications will not be accepted.

If you have not received your postcard by 23rd September, please call the school and ask for Mrs Lloyd.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for Application Forms which have not been received due to incorrect postage being applied to the envelope.

Once you have received your confirmation of Entrance Examination Registration and Candidate Number.

 Please ensure that your daughter brings the registration card with her to the Entrance Examination on Saturday, 25th September 2010, which starts at 9.15am and finishes at approximately 1.15pm.

 Please arrive at Loreto Grammar School before 9.00am.

 Your daughter should bring a pencil, eraser and ruler in a clear pencil case. Your daughter may also bring a drink and a snack in a small clear plastic bag.

 Please collect your daughter between 1.00pm and 1.30pm.

 Surnames A-L - Please collect from front gates on Booth Road, nearest to traffic lights with Dunham Road.

 Surnames M-Z - Please collect from the gates on Booth Road opposite Grey Road.
